Precision Wearable Motion Tracking & Real-Time Biomechanical Form Analysis
SETZ is an end-to-end wearable hardware and kinematic software pipeline. Body-worn sensor nodes capture movement, a kinematic engine turns it into joint angles, and a learned model judges how well each rep was performed, while you are still mid-set.
Form is hard to see and easy to get wrong
Complex lifts and athletic movements break down in ways a mirror, or even a coach, cannot always catch: a few degrees of knee valgus, a slow drift in trunk angle, uneven tempo under fatigue. Those small errors compound into overuse injuries.
SETZ replaces subjective cues with measurement. It quantifies joint kinematics on every rep, flags deviations as they happen, and keeps a record of how movement quality changes over time.
-
Lower injury risk
Catches unsafe joint positions and compensations before they become habits.
-
Objective numbers
Joint angles, velocities and range of motion measured, not estimated by eye.
-
Instant feedback
Rep-by-rep cues delivered in real time, during the set instead of after it.
-
Works anywhere
No cameras, no lab, no line of sight. Inertial sensing travels with the athlete.
